We process all paperwork on your behalf for all IN NETWORK claims. This means that there is usually no out of pocket expense (depending on your coverage), and we will handle processing the claim for you. You may be asked to pay your copayment or deductible upfront at the time of service.

In order for an item to be covered through your insurance, the following criteria must be met:

  • Physician’s Order/Original Prescription
  • Prescription must have a valid diagnosis
  • Diagnosis must be valid for equipment being ordered
  • Must live inside service area (Somerset/Middlesex County/ for home delivery, all of New Jersey for drop-ship items)
  • Insurance companies may have more criteria such as prior authorization or other documentation provided to them before an item is supplied
  • Some items may also have to be special ordered and could take up to a week to come in
